Real men's weekend on MTB and gravel

Preliminary programme - subject to change

1. 

   FRIDAY, from 12pm: Arrival & accommodation

   Here there is also the possibility of a quick trip on the trail before darkness descends... we have plenty of cool routes for the gravel guys too

2. 

   6pm: Dinner

   Today's buffet menu is served in the restaurant with lots of delicious side dishes and homemade organic sourdough bread and butter.

3. 

   7.30pm: Welcome

   With practical info for the weekend. The bar is open and the fireplace is lit.

4. 

   20-22: Lectures and evening fun

   Lecture v. Esben Kronborg: “Become your own driving technical supervisor through increased insight into good technique on gravel and MTB” (50 min.) The sea bathhouse is open and the sauna house is ready. Light beer tasting with delicious specialties from Thisted Bryghus. All but lectures are run in several heats throughout the evening.

5. 

   SATURDAY 7.30-9: Breakfast

   A rich buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant.

6. 

   9am: Open workshops and social rides for all

   There are suggested graveling routes and one team with a guide. Several MTB teams with guides at different levels, where we run “sessions” on the best parts of the tracks in Svinklove with informal tips & tricks to get the most out of the track.

7. 

   12 p.m.: Lunch in the woods

   We have lunch in the forest at the old Maskinhus in Svinløv. Incl. drinks

8. 

   1.30pm: Open workshops and social rides for all

   More offers: Ride gravel or MTB on your own. Drive gravel with a guide or follow one of our GPS tracks. Ride MTB with an instructor, where we dive deeper into the driving techniques at some of the exciting locations on the tracks in Slettestrand.

9. 

   From 4pm: Aftertrail at Madsmedjen

   Come when you're back off the trail. There are draft beers on tap and Live jam with our own crisp house bassist, August. For the little hungry, we serve crispy pizza slices directly from the wood-fired pizza oven. The fires will be lit outside and turned up to the max for the fun.

10. 

    6:30 p.m.: Dinner served in the restaurant

    Delicious 3-course menu with warm creamy winter soup and freshly baked organic sourdough bread and butter, whole roasted barbecue pig and rose-roasted veal with lots of delicious side dishes. Ice cream parlor, homemade guf and freshly baked brownie for dessert.

11. 

    9pm: Standup on slap line

    After that, party & fun

12. 

    SUNDAY 8AM: Breakfast

    Large breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant

13. 

    9 a.m.: Social ride/open technique/ Sea bath & sauna

    Social rides in Svinløv and Kollerup. Open house on the technical track, where you can stop by for more technique and individual guidance on the bike. Possibly long trip to Blokhus by GPS. Possibility of sea bathing in the large North Sea and sauna on the beach (max. 20 persons in the sauna at a time).

14. 

    12 p.m.: Lunch

    Served on buffet in the restaurant

15. 

    After that, the official program ends

    Possibility of free play on the track and the technical field. The store is open and again full of great deals. We say thank you for this time and see you again for more great experiences in Slettestrand!
