Every Friday throughout the summer, we light up the grill and prepare a flavourful whole-fried piglet from our good friends at Gladgris — served on a buffet with delicious side dishes. Dine inside the restaurant or enjoy the long summer evenings with “al fresco dining” on the terrace.
