Exclusive women's MTB event with Lua

On Saturday, August 2, we will be visited by Brazilian Lua Oliveira. Lua is a professional freeride mountain bike athlete and founder of Flow ride academy where she teaches and coaches all over the world. She has over 15 years of experience combining MTB teaching with breathwork, body understanding and a deep connection to nature.
The day offers two sessions with Lua, the first of which is aimed at riders who want to master or refresh basic techniques on MTB. The second session is aimed at riders who want to start playing with or get better at getting air under the wheels. There is one session included in the price, but you can purchase one more session. If you only attend the first session you can enjoy a walk on the trail in the afternoon.

After a good and educational day on the MTB, Feriecenter Slettestrand hosts a delicious vegan fire pot which is served in our campfire farm. Immediately after, Lua shows his short film “Yin and Yang” followed by a “talk” with Lua. Including Lua's own words about his short film:

Price for one session with Lua, dinner, film, talk and free access to Havbadehuset, sauna and the North Sea:

All the money for the two sessions goes directly to Lua and her journey towards participating in the world's largest freeride event “Redbull Rampage” in 2027.
We still have available apartments if you want to stay and have fun on Saturday night or arrive as early as Friday! This can be booked online at Slettestrand.dk or at mail@slettestrand.dk
You can also enjoy a delicious buffet lunch between the two sessions. This can be purchased in conjunction with the purchase of a ticket.

10.00-12.00: Session 1 Flow Fundamentals — a grounding practice focused on body position, breathing and movement
14.00-16.00: Session 2 Airtime & Confidence — an afternoon session dedicated to jumps and drops, with step-by-step progressions to help you build confidence and technique in the air.

18.00-20.00 Dinner over campfire (vegan) and movie screening and talk with Lua.
