**Foodsmith's spring hunt for wild produce - with campfire snack 🔥🌿 **
Join us for an exciting spring trip where we go in search of the first spring treasures in nature! We start at Feriecenter Slettestrand and walk through the beautiful West Jutland countryside, where we collect edible plants and herbs, which we later use for delicious campfire snacks.
Your guide, Ulla Mortensen, is a passionate nature geek who will share her knowledge of the edible plants and nature's other treasures.
**Afternoon meal is included. **
The tour ends in the unique setting at Madsmedjen, where we gather around the fire and learn to cook with the wild, collected ingredients. Here we will jointly make snacks such as campfire pancakes, fire bread, etc.
🥾 After the tour, you can walk on your own back to Feriecenter Slettestrand via the 1.8 km long public footpath/cycle path.
