**MTB technique training in Slettestrand 🚴🌲 **
Join us for this open MTB technique course with a swing theme, targeted for easily practiced for practiced adults.
The training takes place on our cool training track, where we have to do exercises for the most turns. Learn more about the types of turns, individual driving technical solutions and how you can work on it after the course.
Get off safely with our certified mountain bike instructor
Your instructor for the course is Esben Kronborg, who is a trained EO-MTBING instructor and guide and certified teacher by other instructors. Esben has been teaching full-time in Slettestrand since 2009. You can therefore be sure that you get an instructor who knows what he is doing and can deliver a safe and professional high quality mountain bike course.
Feriecenter Slettestrands is actually one of the very few places where one can receive training that prepares the instructor for the international EO-MTBING exam for MTB instructors and guides.

Practical information
- We meet dressed for the start time of the tour at the bike workshop at Feriecenter Slettestrand, Slettestrandvej 140, 9690 Fjerritslev.
- It is a requirement that an approved and intact bicycle helmet be worn throughout the trip (helmet is included in any bike rental).
- We also recommend clothes adapted to the season and the activity
- Bring a full drink bottle and possibly a small snack (can also be purchased at reception)
- Please bring your health insurance card.
- If you have any diseases, allergies, physical limitations or the like that you think are relevant for the guide to know, please inform us about this before the start of the tour.
