**Breathing Training: ** Learn powerful breathing techniques that strengthen your body and create mental focus. We combine traditional methods with modern science to give you tools to take home and integrate into your everyday life.
**Yoga and movement: ** We offer a varied yoga experience that's not about fitting into a particular style, but about finding the one that suits you best. Experience everything from invigorating hatha flow to soothing yin yoga, guided by experienced instructors.
**Cold and Heat: ** Explore the body's ability to adapt and be strengthened through cold and heat exposure. With nature as a framework, you will learn how cold and heat can boost your immune system, improve your well-being and give you a feeling of renewed energy.
**Adventures in Nature: ** Nature is more than surroundings -- it is a teacher-master. Through fun, challenging and inspiring activities in nature, you get closer to both your inner core and our planet.
**Community: ** High school is community and togetherness across age, gender, class, and every other imaginable and unthinkable box. Together we create the framework for a transformative and educational stay with the space and time to create new relationships and reconnect with yourself.

Our activities are for everyone who wants to enjoy the magnificent nature by the North Sea - and you don't have to be a resident guest with us to take part.
There are many different reasons why people come to Slettestrand, but, for the vast majority, it's because of a desire to experience nature. That is why nature has been thought into virtually all of our activities, and we strive to make it accessible to everyone who visits us in Slettestrand – including those in wheelchairs or with other special needs.
We have a strong focus on sustainability, and we work with consideration for people, the environment and our beautiful nature.
