Mortens Aften in Slettestrand — buffet with local products
Come and join us as we mark Mortens Eventen with a delicious buffet in our cosy restaurant at Feriecenter Slettestrand. The menu is made up of local produce and of course is based on the classic Mortens Aften menu.
It will be an informal and atmospheric evening, where there is room for both talk, taste and togetherness. Bring family or friends — and enjoy a good dinner in quiet surroundings close to the North Sea.

Pink roast duck breast with roasted potatoes and sugar-browned potatoes — creamy duck sauce — Brussels sprouts from Naturbruget Tranum — homemade red cabbage — baked apples with rib jelly — French potatoes.
