**Spring hunting for wild produce - with campfire snack 🔥🌿 **
Join us for an exciting spring trip where we go in search of the first spring treasures in nature! We start at Feriecenter Slettestrand and go out into the beautiful West Jutland countryside, where we collect edible plants and herbs, which we later use for delicious campfire snacks.
Your guide, Ulla Mortensen, is a passionate nature geek who will share her knowledge of the edible plants and nature's other treasures. Ulla is also affiliated with Madsmedjen.
**Morning or afternoon meals are included. **
The tour ends in our cozy Grønnegård, where we gather around the fire and learn how to make campfire snacks such as campfire pancakes, fire bread, etc. with the wild, collected ingredients.
