**A beautiful and calm yoga practice where everyone can participate! **
Our trained yoga instructor guides you through a series of exercises and adjusts the lesson according to the level of the participants.
A great way to start the day when the body is awakened with wonderful stretching exercises and deep breaths.
In summer we can take the team outside on the beach or in the forest, where we can practice yoga in the beautiful surroundings of nature.
What is included
- 1 hours yoga class with certified instructor
- Option to borrow a yoga mat and other relevant equipment
Practical information
- Please bring your own mat and towel — if you don´t have a yoga mat, you can borrow one of ours.
- Possibly warm clothes if we will be outside.
