Breathwork and cold exposure are more than trends — they are powerful tools that can improve both your mental and physical health. But how does it work and how can you integrate it into your everyday life? This will be answered during this transformative retreat, where teaching and practice go hand in hand.

With breathwork, cold and heat, you can achieve, among other things:

- **Louise: ** As a physical therapist and yoga instructor, Louise brings a holistic approach to movement and health. She combines her knowledge with a love for the body and its potential.
What is included
- 2 nights in a holiday home close to the North Sea
- Delicious home-cooked meals from the season's best local produce.
- 10 hours of teaching in breathwork and cold exposure by Birger Hanzen.
- Supplementary activities such as morning training, yoga, hiking and sauna gas
- Plenty of opportunities to get out and experience the fantastic nature
- Free access to all facilities, including hot water pool, sauna and exercise room.
- Prepaid electricity consumption, linen package with bed linen and towels and final cleaning.

- 20:00: Intro to breathwork: The first steps towards control and balance
- 07:30: Powerful movement and breathing training
- 09:00: Breakfast
- 10:30am: Breathwork: Stress management and balance
- 12:30 p.m.: Lunch
- 14:30: Cold training and sauna: Calm, courage and reflection
- 17:00: Breathing Journey: The Discovery
- 19:00: Dinner
- 20:00: Relaxation and tranquility
- 07:30: Morning stretching and breathing training
- 08:30: Breakfast
- 10:00: Nature time
- 12:00: Final Circle: Integration and Reflection
- 13:30: Breakfast and goodbye
- Practical clothes and shoes for outdoor use
- Swimwear and sandals
- Preferably a bathrobe or similar that can be quickly put on after a shower
- Training-friendly clothing
